Why no published pricing tiers?

Because the right price depends on your business — how many transactions you run, how many accounts need reconciling, and what services actually make sense for you. What's the minimum engagement?

We offer three levels: Essentials for clean books and financials, Growth Partner which adds monthly reporting and a review call, and Finance Partner which adds CFO-level forecasting and advisory. The calculator above shows all three priced for your business.

Is there a setup fee?

For standard monthly bookkeeping — no. For QuickBooks or Xero migration and cleanup engagements, there is a one-time project fee that covers the full cleanup and migration.

What if my books are a mess?

That's normal. We'll tell you honestly what the cleanup looks like and what it costs before you commit to anything. It's usually a one-time engagement to get current, then monthly bookkeeping from there.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Accepted Answer

No. Monthly bookkeeping is month-to-month. Migration and cleanup engagements have a defined scope and timeline, but there's no ongoing lock-in requirement.

Question 6

I'm on QuickBooks. Do I have to switch to Digits?

Accepted Answer

Not immediately. As certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors, we're happy to work in your existing QuickBooks while we build a migration plan that makes sense. Most clients move to Digits within the first 90 days once they see what it can do — but we never force a rushed transition.
