Your books should tell you where you're going.
Not where you've been.
Most business owners find out how their month went after it's already closed. ThinkProfit keeps your books live, your dashboard current, and your numbers working for you — built for marketing agencies, SaaS companies, online coaches, and digital consultants, powered by Digits.

The problem
Running a business is hard enough.
Your finances shouldn't slow you down.
You're always one month behind.
Month-end close takes days. By the time the numbers are ready, the decisions have already been made — usually on gut feel.
You don't know your real margins.
Revenue looks fine. But after payroll, contractors, tools, and ad spend — do you actually know which clients are profitable?
Your bookkeeper doesn't speak your business.
Generic bookkeepers don't know agency retainer timing, or how recurring subscription revenue actually works. You spend more time explaining your business than getting useful numbers out of it.
How it works
Clean books. Live data. Real oversight.
Up and running in days.
We connect your accounts.
We link your bank, cards, and payroll directly to Digits. No spreadsheets, no manual exports. Your transactions flow in automatically from day one.
We keep your books current.
Every transaction categorized, reconciled, and reviewed — ongoing. Not once a month. You get books that are accurate right now, not accurate as of the 15th of last month.
You see what matters, when it matters.
A live dashboard showing cash, profit, payroll burn, and client-level visibility. Know where you stand today — not after close.
What we do
Three things. Done right.

Illustrative scenario
What this looks like in practice.
A 9-person PPC agency, $42K/month in revenue.
When they came to us, they had three full-time employees, four contractors, and a bookkeeper who updated the books once a month — if that.
Their P&L looked fine on the surface. Revenue was growing. But nobody had looked at margins by client in over a year.
After onboarding to Digits, two things became clear immediately: one retainer client was effectively unprofitable after contractor costs were allocated correctly. And payroll was running 67% of gross revenue — well above the healthy range for an agency their size.
Those weren't new problems. They just hadn't been visible. Within 60 days they restructured one client contract and brought contractor spend under a monthly ceiling. Margins improved by 18 points without losing a single client.
This scenario is illustrative, based on common patterns we see in agency financials. We see the same visibility problems — and apply the same fixes — across SaaS, online coaching, and digital consulting businesses.

Raising prices only works until scope creep and slipping utilization eat the increase. Here's the order that actually moves the number: utilization, unprofitable clients, the chart of accounts, then price.
