ThinkProfit is a bookkeeping and fractional CFO firm based in Lubbock, Texas, serving clients across the United States remotely. The firm was founded by Joshua Barnett, who previously ran the financial side of an M&A firm that acquired and operated digital marketing agencies.

Monthly bookkeeping is offered in three tiers, all built on Digits:
- Essentials — "The numbers, done right." Monthly close, reconciliation, transaction categorization, live Digits dashboard, monthly financial statements, year-end ready books.
- Growth Partner — "The numbers, explained." Everything in Essentials, plus a monthly KPI scorecard (payroll ratio, gross margin, cash position, trended), written monthly commentary, and a monthly 30-minute review call.
- Finance Partner — "The numbers, acted on." Everything in Growth Partner, plus quarterly CFO advisory sessions, cash flow forecasting, scenario modeling (bear / base / bull), and strategic guidance on hiring, pricing, and margins.
- QuickBooks & Xero Cleanup and Migration: free migration to Digits. Cleanup priced separately based on how far behind the books are.

## Pricing
Pricing scales with average monthly revenue and the level of support you choose. The Essentials tier is the base monthly rate; Growth Partner is roughly 2× that base, and Finance Partner is roughly 3.5× that base. First 4 financial accounts included; each additional account adds $35/month. Businesses above $250K monthly revenue receive custom pricing. Cleanup for books that are behind is calculated as base rate × months behind × 0.75.
